I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maine specializing in adult ADHD and Autism assessments, neurodivergent-affirming mental health services, clinical supervision, and integrative health coaching.
My work is built on a strong belief that mental health and physical health are inseparable. Emotional regulation, executive functioning, burnout, stress, sleep, movement, and nervous system health all influence one another. I approach my work from a whole-person perspective — not just symptom reduction, but sustainable well-being.
In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified health coach and certified personal trainer. My background in fitness and behavior change informs how I understand motivation, habit formation, stress tolerance, and long-term lifestyle change. I value practical, realistic self-care — not perfectionism or extremes.
Professionally, I hold specialized training in adult ADHD and Autism assessment and use structured, evidence-based tools such as MIGDAS-2, DIVA-5, and standardized rating scales aligned with DSM-5 criteria. My evaluations are designed specifically for adults, including late-identified and high-masking individuals.
Many adults seek assessment after years of anxiety, burnout, executive functioning challenges, or feeling misunderstood. My goal is to provide clarity, validation, and actionable next steps — not simply a diagnosis.
Self-care, in my view, is foundational. It includes boundaries, sleep, movement, stress management, and building systems that support how your brain actually works. Whether through assessment, coaching, or supervision, I aim to help individuals move toward greater self-understanding and aligned change.
